These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sirhadecor.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Sirha Decor

Sirha Decor is a laser-cut wall art and personalized gifting studio based in Narowal, Punjab, Pakistan. We operate exclusively online via our Shopify store. All products are made-to-order at our Narowal studio and shipped nationwide.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to update these conditions at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Made-to-Order Policy

  • Production: We do not hold pre-made stock. Every item is produced fresh after your order is placed and your design preview is approved.

  • Approval: Production begins only after you review and approve the digital preview sent via WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to check spelling, dimensions, and layout. Changes made after approval may incur additional charges.

  • Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations in wood grain, texture, or finish tone may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Content Rights: We reserve the right to decline any order containing content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of local laws and values.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Methods: We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers, and secure card payments via Shopify.

  • Requirement: Full payment is required before production begins. For custom WhatsApp orders, a deposit or advance payment may be requested before design work starts.

5. Order Confirmation & Preview

  • Timing: For personalized orders, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours with a design preview.

  • Accuracy: Sirha Decor is not responsible for errors (spelling, size, etc.) that were present in a preview you approved.

  • Non-Response: If we do not receive a response to a preview within 5 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue store credit.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Lead Time: Standard production is 3 to 7 working days from the date of preview approval. This may increase during peak seasons (Eid, weddings).

  • Shipping: Once dispatched via TCS or Leopards Courier, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Personalized Items: Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

  • Exceptions: We offer replacements or refunds only if the product arrives damaged, contains a production error not present in the approved preview, or is materially different from what was ordered.

  • Claims: You must report damage with photos via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cancellations: Allowed only before a design preview has been sent. Once design work begins, cancellations are not possible.

8. Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting photos or text, you confirm you have the legal right to use that content. We use your images exclusively for your order; they will never be used for marketing without your explicit written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photography, logos, and original designs, is the property of Sirha Decor. Purchasing a product does not transfer design ownership to the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narowal, Punjab.
