This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through sirhadecor.com. By placing an order with Sirha Decor, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Information
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Narowal, Punjab. We partner with TCS and Leopards Courier to provide reliable nationwide delivery with full tracking capabilities.

Delivery Timeline: Typically 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Major Cities: (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Sialkot, etc.) usually receive orders faster.

Remote Areas: Delivery to rural locations may take slightly longer.
2. Processing & Production Time
Because Sirha Decor is a made-to-order studio, your items are laser-cut and prepared specifically for you. We do not ship from a pre-made warehouse stock.
Standard processing takes 3 to 7 working days after your design preview is approved.

Important: For personalized orders, we send a WhatsApp preview within 24 hours. Production only begins once you confirm your approval. If we don’t hear back within 5 working days, your order may be placed on hold.
3. Working Days & Peak Seasons

Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following working day.

Peak Periods: During Eid, wedding season (Oct–Feb), or public holidays, please allow an additional 2 to 3 working days for production.

Pro Tip: If ordering for a specific event, we recommend placing your order at least 10 to 14 days in advance.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send your TCS or Leopards tracking number via WhatsApp.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's system.

If you haven't received a tracking number within your expected window, message us for an immediate update.
5. Managing Delays
While we prioritize timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control:

Courier Issues: Weather, high seasonal volumes, or logistical failures at TCS/Leopards.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Re-dispatching returned parcels will incur additional shipping charges.

Approval Delays: Your dispatch date is directly tied to how quickly you approve your design preview.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and the contents via WhatsApp.

Claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be verified and may not be accepted.
