Exchange and Return Policy
At Sirha Decor, our customers are our top priority. Based in Narowal, Punjab, we strive to ensure your home decor experience is seamless. If you need to exchange or return a purchase, our customer care team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Exchanges

Exchange Window: You may exchange any item within 3 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: Please present your order confirmation email or the SMS sent to your registered mobile number.

Conditions for Exchange: Items must be unused, with all original tags intact, and in their original packaging. We accept exchange requests for valid reasons such as manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, or receiving the wrong item.

The Process: Once your request is verified, the online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days.

If you are exchanging an item due to a change of mind or size preference, you will be required to ship the item back to our designated location via a courier service of your choice.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that articles purchased during a sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange unless there is a confirmed defect. Sale exchanges may take longer than the standard processing time.
Returns
We offer a straightforward return process at Sirha Decor. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt.

Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with all labels attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

Returns are typically processed within 8–10 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Note: Sale items are strictly ineligible for returns.
Refunds & Credit Notes
Sirha Decor does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we issue Credit Notes for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping charges).

Credit notes are sent via email once your return is processed.

Credit notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Exceptions: In the event of an error made by our team (e.g., wrong item sent), a refund will be processed within 7–10 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
